#What it suggests
Insights surfaces a few categories of suggestion:
- Approval burden: workflows where you’re approving the same kind of proposal over and over. Adjusting the confidence threshold or switching to Confidence mode can reduce manual review without losing safety.
- Confidence calibration: when one of the confidence signals (validation, grounding, history, anomaly, second-pass model check) has a high false-positive or false-negative rate against your actual decisions. Insights suggests rebalancing the signal weights.
- Prompt tweaks: proposed prompt edits for AI nodes whose output you’ve been editing or rejecting frequently. You see a diff and can accept or skip.
- Cost: workflows consuming an unusually large share of credits relative to their value, with suggestions to swap to a cheaper model or batch operations.
#Acting on a suggestion
Each suggestion shows the diagnosis, the proposed change, and an Accept / Skip button. Accepting applies the change as a new workflow version, old runs continue on the prior version, so nothing in flight is disrupted. Skipping dismisses the suggestion without changing anything.
#How it works
Insights uses your run history and approval decisions as input. The more decisions you’ve recorded, the more targeted the suggestions. Brand-new workflows show fewer suggestions until they have data to analyze.
