Rills lets your team build workflows where AI proposes and people approve. Start with one concrete process, connect the tool it uses, and keep consequential actions behind an approval step.
#Set up your workspace
- Visit rills.ai and select Get Started.
- Create an account with Google, a magic link, or email and password.
- Name your workspace and invite teammates when you are ready. Workflows, integrations, approvals, and billing stay scoped to that workspace.
During setup, you can add your role, company website, and a starting use case. This gives Ford, Rills’ workflow-authoring assistant, context for a useful first workflow. Ford can propose a workflow from your description; review it before using it.
#Connect a first tool
Open Integrations, select a service your process already uses, and choose Connect. Authorize with OAuth or add the required API key. A connection can provide triggers, data, and actions to your workflows.
Start with a concrete source of work, such as Gmail for inbound email, Slack for notifications, or your CRM for new leads. See Integrations for connection details and Custom integrations when you need a service outside the catalog.
#Keep the first result safe
Add a Human Review step before an action that sends, changes, or shares information. The run pauses in the approval queue until someone approves, rejects, or edits the proposal. Approvals, workflow logic, and paused workflows are free; you pay only for AI model calls and actions that run.
