Improve an Agent

Use versions, feedback, evaluations, memory, and rollback to improve an agent safely

Improve an agent through a new version rather than changing the behavior of work already in flight. Run records retain the agent version and model that produced each result.

#Versions and rollback

The Versions tab records published changes. Compare versions before activating one, and restore an earlier version when a change is not performing as expected. The Used by tab shows workflows that invoke the agent so you can assess the impact of a broad change.

#Feedback and evaluations

The Quality tab brings together approval feedback and evaluations. Edited, approved, and rejected proposals are recorded against the agent version that produced them. Use recurring corrections to refine instructions or the output contract.

Run evaluations against representative inputs before relying on a draft version. Failures are a signal to review the configuration before publishing.

#Memory

If an agent uses workspace memory, review, correct, or remove remembered facts in the Memory tab. Memory belongs to your workspace and is not shared with another workspace using the same platform agent.

#Retire or adapt an agent

  • Hide removes a platform agent from your picker without changing existing workflows.
  • Archive prevents new use of a workspace agent while preserving existing references.
  • Duplicate creates a workspace-owned copy for safe customization.
