The Rills mobile app puts your approval queue in your pocket. Same proposals, same data, same decisions, designed for fast review between meetings or on the train.
#Install
- iOS: App Store (search “Rills”)
- Android: Google Play (search “Rills”)
Sign in with the same email you use on the web. Decisions sync immediately across both.
#Swipe to approve
The home screen of the app is your approval queue. Each proposal is a card that shows the information you’ve configured to review, the parameters you can change, and the confidence score.
- Swipe right: approve and the workflow will follow the success path
- Swipe left: reject and the workflow will follow the failure path
- Tap the card: open the full detail view to inspect parameters or edit before approving
Decisions sync to your workspace immediately. If a teammate approves the same proposal first, the card disappears from your queue.
#Push notifications
Configure push notifications in the app under Settings → Notifications. Pick which workflow events you want to be notified about:
- New approval proposals (filterable by priority)
- Workflow failures
- Mentions and assignments
You can mute individual workflows if a high-volume one is too chatty.
#Filtering and sorting
The queue supports the same filters as the web view:
- By workflow
- By priority (Urgent floats to the top)
- By assignee (proposals assigned to you vs. unassigned)
- By age (oldest first to clear backlogs)
#Multiple workspaces
If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the app header. Each workspace has its own queue.
#Offline
The app caches your most recent queue, so you can still see pending proposals on a flaky connection. Decisions made offline sync when you reconnect.
