Create Your Account

Let's get you set up with Rills. The signup process takes about 2 minutes, and you'll be ready to build your first workflow right after.

Sign up

1. Visit rills.ai and click Get Started
2. Enter your email address and create a password, or sign up with Google
3. Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account

That's it. Your account is now active and a workspace has automatically been created for you. Think of your workspace as your team's home for all workflows, integrations, and approvals.

If you're working solo, you're the only member. If you're on a team, you can invite teammates later from the workspace settings where you can also rename the workspace if you want to.

Welcome and onboarding

After signing up, you'll land on a welcome page with a few things to help you get started:

• A personalized greeting and suggested workflow templates based on common use cases so you can start from a working example instead of a blank canvas
• An inline chat panel where Ford, the onboarding agent, can help you build your first workflow step by step
• Once you've created a workflow or finished exploring, you'll be taken to the main dashboard

The dashboard

Your workspace dashboard is the home screen in Rills. It shows you what's happening at a glance:

• Active workflows -- how many workflows are currently running
• Weekly activity -- a chart of workflow executions over the past week
• Recent executions -- the latest workflow runs with their status (succeeded, failed, or pending approval)

From the dashboard, use the sidebar to navigate to Workflows, Approvals, Integrations, or Settings.
