- Visit rills.ai and click Get Started.
- Sign up with Google, request a magic link, or enter an email and password.
Your account is active immediately and a workspace is created for you. Everything you do, workflows, integrations, approvals, billing, is scoped to a workspace. You can invite teammates later or stay solo.

After sign-up you land on a welcome page with:
- A few suggested templates so you can start from a working example.
- An inline chat with Ford, the onboarding agent, who can build a workflow for you from a description.
Pick a template, ask Ford to build something, or jump straight to the dashboard.
#The dashboard
The dashboard shows what’s happening across your workspace:
- Active workflows: how many are currently live
- Weekly activity: a chart of recent runs
- Recent executions: the latest runs and their status
Use the sidebar to jump to Workflows , Approvals , Integrations , or Settings.
