AI Conversations

Chat with specialized AI agents for help with workflows, billing, debugging, and more

The Conversations panel, accessible from the workspace sidebar, connects you to specialized AI agents. Each agent has domain expertise and access to relevant tools, so your questions get routed to someone who can actually help.

Agents

Rills uses named agents, each focused on a specific area:

AgentSpecialty
FordOnboarding and workflow building. Helps you create new workflows, suggests templates, and guides you through configuration.
WadeDebugging and troubleshooting. Analyzes failed executions, suggests fixes, and helps diagnose workflow issues.
SageDocumentation and knowledge. Answers questions about Rills features, explains concepts, and points you to relevant docs.
DeltaWorkflow optimization. Reviews your workflows for efficiency, suggests improvements, and helps reduce credit usage.
BanksBilling and account management. Helps with plan questions, credit usage, and billing issues.
WillowRefund processing. Handles refund requests and credit adjustments.
AugustEscalation handling. For issues that need elevated attention.
WinterStatus inquiries. Checks on workflow execution status, system health, and pending items.
SummerSales and plan upgrades. Helps evaluate which plan fits your needs.

How it works

  1. Start a conversation from the sidebar or the floating chat button
  2. Your message is routed to the most relevant agent automatically
  3. Agents can read your workflow data, check execution history, and take actions (with your confirmation for sensitive operations)
  4. Conversation history is preserved -- you can pick up where you left off

You don't need to choose an agent yourself. Describe what you need, and Rills routes the conversation to the right one.
